Imwaiting.org  is a program that has been established by the Pregnancy Resource Center of Vista, CA. Our goal is to provide you with adequate information regarding your sexual health. We strive to provide the most accurate information regarding the effects of sexual activity including Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD’s) and Pregnancy.

Sex is such a risky behavior these days. With 1 in 4 sexually active teens contracting an STD* and 1 in 3 sexually active teen girls becoming pregnant, at least once by the age of 20**, it is so important that you know the facts before making the choice to have sex.

We truly believe that abstinence until marriage is the best way to protect yourself from contracting STD’s and unplanned pregnancies. It is the only method that is 100% effective. Therefore, we encourage you to educate yourself on the facts and real truth about sex before making that very important decision to have it. We believe that sex not only affects you physically, but emotionally, relationally and spiritually.
